Secure Drilling Project

The system was a Test & Measurement System intended to Secure Drilling Measurements, and it was developed for Weatherford in UAE.

The system consists of the NI’s Compact RIO that was used to acquire and record test parameters, along with a TPC panel that provides the system user interface.

The software was developed utilizing NI’s LabVIEW development environment and needed toolkits such as LV Real-Time, LV FPGA…etc. The software consisted of two main windows; Configuration & Process Values Windows. 

Configuration Window: 

The Configuration Window contains the system’s parameters; the user can fill in and change any of these parameters as required. 

Process Values Window:

The Process Values Window is used to display the readings acquired from the Analog Input modules used.
