Harness Cable Tester

CLS Jordan approached Technology Integration with specific requirement.

CLS wanted to automate the rigorous and time consuming process of testing harness cables manufactured in Jordan for the Jordanian Armed Forces, and international clients.

Harness cables are made by hand as there are hundreds of combinations for the wiring and pins.

Technology Integration developed a system where by CLS could test each cable against defects, pin assignment, solder quality, and shorts.

Technology Integration also developed a portable version of the same system to be used by technicians during harness fitting. This allowed both CLS and their clients to test each cable to shorten the trouble shooting process.
